How to create networking opportunities for our clients through Interface Tourism Corporate Events.
- Services : Events - Public Relations
Brief
Networking is the key to public relations activity. Networking is essential for business development. This is why Interface Tourism has developed and implemented a series of important networking events to create, build and reinforce relationships between its clients and key influencers.
Thanks to its amazing location and its private garden, the Interface Tourism agency in Paris is itself a perfect venue for hosting networking events.
Every year, Interface Tourism France organises 6 "Afterworks", 1 Media Workshop and 1 “Get Together Party”
Tactics
- An "Afterwork" is a “get together” concept that allows people to meet clients in a very casual atmosphere. Interface employees and key market players mingle with journalists, travel agents, third parties or external contacts, all keen to develop new business contacts. Because above all else, that is what we do: we build intelligent human relations. These “Afterwork Get Togethers” normally take place six times a year with some 50 to 70 people in attendance at each event.
- Media workshops are logically more focused towards the media and 100% dedicated to our clients. In June every year we organise a full exhibition day for our clients, totally dedicated to journalists. Our clients each have a dedicated display area in the garden and the services of our totally dedicated team which knows how to present their products to journalists in the best possible way. On average, 80 to 100 journalists participate in the Media Workshop.
- Get Together Party: 1 day before the IFTM Trade Show, Interface Tourism gathers together all its clients and the trade press for an informal event in its garden. This is an opportunity to give visibility to clients at a very strategic period of the year.
Result
• Improved quality relationships with key influencers of clients’ markets
• Increased business opportunities and media coverage
• Reinforcement and identification of Interface Tourism as key player in the tourism field by the Trade and Media communities.
